Most electric cars come with a standard UK 13 amp plug top charger. These are great for a planned long distance drive, but are impractical for the every day user, as these chargers can take up 20 hours to charge the vehicle.
While it is possible to use a public supercharger, these can be expensive and time consuming. The best option is to have a dedicated charging point conveniently located at your home or work place which can provide a full charge overnight, or as you work.
